CARING FOR YOUR JEWELS
Jewellery becomes apart of our personal stories. We wear them to express ourselves, to feel the warmth of well wishes and to feel connection. Thus, it's important we take the utmost care of these precious pieces, as they are not exempt from the universal laws of wear, tear and breakage over time. But with a bit of love and care, you can help extend the life of your new piece!
Please follow the steps below when handling your piece:
***Whisper Jewels® jewellery is not suitable for children to wear, as some pieces may have sharper edges and require attention and care while wearing.
CUSTOM PIECES
Q: I saw a pendant on your website, but it's sold out! Are you able to make me another?
A: As each item is hand carved and one of a kind, it is not possible to make an exact replica. However, it is possible to make one that is very similar! At this point, your piece would be considered a custom piece. Custom pieces start at $300 + Retail Price. During this process, we can incorporate further tweaks and changes to the original design to make it a special, one of a kind piece just for you!
*Please note costs can change based on final sketches and materials chosen by you.
Q: I saw a ring on your website, but it's not available in my size. Are you able to make me one in my size?
A: Sorry! I am no longer providing custom ring work as a service.
Q:: I have a pendant design in mind, and was wondering if you could make it?
A: If the design you're wanting resonates with my workmanship and style, I would be thrilled to create a magical piece for you! Please get in touch via email [email protected] and include as much detail as you can.
Q: I don't have a design in mind, but do want a pendant custom made. Can you design something for me?
A: Absolutely! Get in touch via email [email protected] and I can sketch something for you :)
- For orders over $150 CAD, that ship within Canada - shipping is free!
- For orders less than $150 CAD, that ship within Canada - shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20.00 CAD
- For ANY order amount, that ships Internationally (U.S and Rest of the World) - shipping is charged at a flat rate of $35.00 CAD
- Any order made, will always be mailed using Canada Post Mailing Services. Rest assured, every package is sent with tracking and signature.
- Whisper Jewels is not responsible for any items lost/damaged in the mail. If you purchased insurance, please contact the mail carrier directly to inquire.
RETURNS
- All items are a FINAL SALE. There are no refunds or exchanges permitted.
AVAILABILITY
- Some of the pieces you see are currently in-store at local shops. If you purchase a piece in the online-store, and unfortunately it's already sold at one of the local shops and hasn't been updated here in the online store, you will be given two options: 1. Receive a full refund on the item, or 2. Have the opportunity to purchase a different item and receive 10% off that purchase for the inconvenience, as I know it sucks when you really wanted something and it ends up being sold out!
LAYAWAY
- If ever you’ve been eyeing a piece but can’t quite pull the trigger on it, and are scared of losing out because you know just about every piece is one of a kind...I’ve got you ❤️ Reach out via email [email protected] or DM on Instagram and I can set up layaway for you!
3 payments over 3 months: First Payment = 50% deposit. Second Payment = 30% of remainder owing. Final Payment = 20% remaining.
Layaway Payment details:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- The second payment is due 30 days after the first, and the final payment is due 30 days after the second.
- If the second payment is not made, the 50% deposit is kept and the item is considered forfeited by you, and will be made available again for sale to other customers.

But with a bit of love and care, you can help extend the life of your new piece!
Please follow the steps below when handling your piece:
- Do not submerge your jewellery in water (remove before handwashing/bathing etc.).
- Remove pieces carefully (i.e. delicately handling the clasps, putting them away in a gentle manner).
- Keep your pieces in a jewellery box or container, as it will help prevent oxidization.
- Use a polishing cloth to bring back the shine, should your piece appear dull.
- Do not use chemical cleaners on your jewellery as it could damage the stones and patina.
- Stones have to be handled with care; they can crack or fall out if mishandled, or if they make impact with an object.
