Azcarya Sword Pendant!
Snakes… how you see them, depends on the oral history of serpents in ones culture.
When I went to India, I first learned of the incredible story of the woman who gave birth to a snake in the village of Kot Gangu Rai. As a result of that story, everyone in the village considers the snake to be a miraculous, magical creature that should be seen as holy. In fact… I got yelled at for calling it a “snake” and was corrected, and told to call it Baba!
One day when I get a chance to look through my old photos, I will share with you some pictures from there.
I miss India. And can’t wait to go back!
This pendant was handcarved by me. Look closely and you can even see its tongue. Made from .925, on a thick 20" snake chain. One of a kind!
